When I tell you this was truly one of the best pedicures I have ever received, I mean that wholeheartedly. What made the experience so exceptional wasn’t simply how beautiful my feet looked when I left , it was the genuine care, knowledge, and intention behind the entire service.

As someone who is diabetic, the health of my feet is extremely important, and I learned so much during my appointment. I was educated about why certain traditional water pedicures may not always be the best option for diabetic foot care and, more importantly, what I can do to better maintain the health of my feet between appointments.

For the first time, I felt like I was receiving a pedicure from someone who was genuinely concerned about the long-term health and wellness of my feet, not simply painting my toes, making them look pretty, and sending me on my way. There was purpose behind everything she did, and she took the time to explain the “why” behind her approach.

What touched me most was the level of care. She has such a kind, warm, and loving spirit, and you can literally feel that in the way she handles your feet. There is a gentleness and attentiveness that simply cannot be taught, it comes from genuinely caring about the person you are servicing.

I walked away with beautiful feet, but I also walked away more informed and more conscious about properly caring for them. That, to me, is what separates a good service from an exceptional one.

Dots Lux Services has absolutely gained a client. This was more than a pedicure; it was an experience centered around care, education, wellness, and excellence. I cannot recommend her enough.

She is not only sweet, but well informed about the proper care of your nails. I highly recommend her. She is helping me return my nails to good health again after using acrylic for many, many years.
